Style in Scale

I was prowling around the InterWebs the other day and I stumbled across this amazing nugget. Style in Scale is a rather amazing blog where you can get some amazing scale furniture. Jennifer is doing some amazing work in scale. There are chairs and sinks and small kitchen items that show off some grand woodwork skills.
She does commission work and has an Etsy spot with additional info. Work passed on to customers is represented by some awesome customer photos posted on the site as well.
If you're a Fashion Doll person with a taste for the elegant, I highly suggest visiting Style in Scale and adding some of her pieces to your diorama!

Sammy Jacket Suit

Ok, so what if you want real world clothing, but something with a little sexy punch to it. Magic Cube Toys has it. The Sammy Jacket Suit. (Not sure what the name means, but....)

I dig the look. Action hottie with her mind on comfort and business. the ACTION business! :)

More real world, "I could actually see someone wearing that" clothing options. Check it!

Girl's Outdoor Wear

FINALLY! Some female clothes that are not made for hookers or vampires! :)

Magic Cube Toys have some really cool female action wear. Check it out here:

They look great and the colors all make sense as well. The figures look pretty real and would make a fine addition to a real world figure collection. (I plan to get the set!)

Dollmore

http://dollmore.net

WHOA! Now, I'm usually a more "action" or "horror" driven guy when it comes to dolls. (Come on, they are dolls. You know it.) :)  However, if I had my millions, I'd add some of these figures to the 1/6th scale Batman and Batmobile, Iron Men (yes, I'd have the whole set!) and zombie hordes fighting might eight JIN-ROH figures as they try to fend them off in their kubelwagen. (I've done a LOT of thinking of what figures I'd own if I were rich!)

These DOLLMORE figures are beauties. They range from the "cute and sweet" to the "naughty and seductive" and I'm not afraid to say that they are gorgeous. The workmanship and detail is fantastic and the overall look is dreamy and lush. They look like fantastic little works of art. And, at anywhere from $90 to $900 each, they are priced as works of art as well.
The address is South Korea and the overall look and workmanship is very much like the VOLKS lines - high end dolls to carry with care and to treat like fine art.
(( http://www.volksusa.com/super-dollfie-super-dollfie-13.html ))  $748 each

All in all, I'd love to have a few of these posed in a cool environment case. (( Free from dust and temperature controlled! :) ))

Marwencol

An amazing film about an amazing man.

Mark Hogancamp was attacked by a group of men and beaten so badly that he lost his memory. He works out his feelings in a sort of therapy though the use of 1/6th scale action figures building the ficticious town of MARWENCOL and posing his figures to act out complex story lines.

Fantastic 1/6th scale dioramas and a truly touching story.

DONATE! http://www.marwencol.com/donate/
I'm planning to send some of my figures and gadgets to Mark.

The movie is available via NETFLIX streaming as of the time of this posting.
