Weekly Recap - March 26th 2023 Week

Tanner and Micha have a wild and wonderful time together. Tanner says that Micha shouldn't get hung up on her and that it's just a fling. Micha laughs and tells Tanner not to get hung up on HER. A lovely friendship. 

Claire, Cindy, and Darcy discuss what happened with the visiting Future Cindy. Darcy - a lover of science fiction, enjoys trying to figure out the time travel nature of the exchange. Cindy drew a detailed image of the Italian Villa she saw in the visions and they all agree that that may be the best way to start searching for this "New Player" in the Witch War. 

Cindy goes to Olivia and Tanner to talk to them about what happened with the visit of her Future Self. They confirm that it all must be very important to risk using such powerful magic. Olivia and Tanner come up with a plan to ask Vanda about the villa and to check out resources in Europe to see if they can find answers. 

Mikey and under cover detective Alison talk about the photo studio closing due to the recent murders of two of their models. Mikey asks Alison if she's talked to Heather about it seeing as she worked there too. 

Grazia, Cor and Micha are asked about the villa, but Zampa is the one who knows where the Villa is - the villa of Daniele Villanueva in the investigation that cost Zampa her life. 

When Alison asks Heather about the studio and murders, Heather gets a vision of Alison on the police force and her real name being Officer Gabrielle Abbott. Alison is shocked that Heather blurted out her name Gabby and tries to play it off as an old nickname her grandma used to call her. 

Zampa tells Olivia and the others about the case and Olivia asks Tanner to contact Vanda, Daniele Villanueva's niece and security lead for the Moore Estate. 

Janice tells Patrick to keep his eyes open - she has powerful friends who may be able to get him free. 

Tanner thinks back to her Mother and her words of wisdom about boys. "Mo Chuilse Dilis...I love ya, but ya kin be dumb as a stone at times - ya know tha?" She laughed and scowled at the same time somehow as she refilled her whiskey for the fourth time, Tanner recalls. "Them boys jus' wanna get their wicks wet. Dump in ya and leave ya. An I'll tell ya righ' now I ain't playin' Granny fer yer b@stard when yer up the pole!"

Alison is worried about Heather knowing that she was a police officer, but Heather assures her that the secret about her past is safe with her and that she's had a complicated past as well. 

Cindy asks Cor to come by and take a look at the mirrors in her room to explore how they were used. His magic alerts Poe who races to Cindy's room to see what is using magic on the mirrors in the room. Poe apologizes for nearly attacking Cor and disappears again after promising to buy him a beer. 

Angel and the new guard Gavin do a little flirting.

Weekly Recap - March 19th 2023 Week 

Tanner returns from her mission in Europe. She stressed and still feeling the effects of letting the wolf free on the full moon. Angel helps her through it, but Tanner still feels wild and uncomfortable. 

• Built the new Japan set

The Moore Coven meets with Mette Baier of the Fantômes de Sang when she returns Grazia to the Manor. The meeting goes very well and Mette feels like she is heard and an alliance can be struck. She explains that their use of darker magic does not mean they do not walk The Path Of Light. She is impressed that Cindy can work deep magic with ease while using the bracelets to increase their power. 

At HERTECHI, Martha finds out that Claire made the mistake of telling the client he could have Darcy's source files. Claire beats herself up, but Darcy and Martha assure her that it's not THAT big a deal. 

Janice says that she needs a minion to help with her efforts and The Demon makes arrangements for her to get Patrick out of Prison. (A Crossover with https://www.instagram.com/bellasdollstory/ )

Martha and Darcy chat at CUPPA about Zoe and how she's doing. We find out that she's ok, but is taking a little mental health break. They agree that they should call her and invite her over. 

Claire has a successful call with the client about the files, but hears strange noises coming from Cindy's empty room. The crystal ball is active. 

Mette asks about the Deities and Powerful Beings visiting the Coven. She goes a bit too far when she asks about Olivia and her being able to lead properly. Cindy shuts her down and Mette begs for forgiveness. 

Mette speaks to Olivia directly about her concerns based on what Cindy said. The conversation goes well and Mette and Olivia gain a new respect for each other. 

Claire tells Darcy and Lizzie that she thinks she heard something in Cindy's room. 

Tanner flirts with Micha and the two of them decide to give a physical, sexual exchange a try. 

Cindy, Claire, and Darcy investigate the strange noises and Cindy discovers that the crystal ball in her room is more than just active. It creates a passage between her present and future selves using the mirror magic from the mirrors in Cindy's room. Cindy's future self tells her about someone in Italy that may be part of this witch war. 

Japan Story: The First Trial

The First Trial  (Translated from Japanese)

Kado enters the old house with care. It's falling apart and flooded, the smell of rot thick in his nostrils. It's taken ages to track down this spirit. A dangerous and puzzling journey that started out so simply and escalated into a matter of life or death. He and Hiroto had to set the trap over time, keeping the existence of the others close to Kado and the magic they possessed secret.  The closer they got to the Spirit, the more secretive they had to be or the Spirit would use them all to break into this plane.

He sees the yōkai shimmer to life in a misty spot by the back door. 

The ghost's voice is faint and it sounds like it's coming from under water. "Your magic will not work here. The girl is ours. Your efforts have failed." It turns to vapor and slithers to the other side of the space. 

Hiroto's sister Masami cries, "Kado....please...do something....it hurts so bad..." He sees that she's up to her knees in a spectral water spell. This Spirit is holding her to the spot with powerful magic. Kado wishes Hiroto was here to help spring the trap.

"You and this girl....the last of the Tribe....will be gone...and the rest of mine will be free to take their place back in this world...with or without your secrets...."

Kado starts to focus on the spell that will banish this Spirit and shut the door on this forever. He just needs a few moments to complete the ritual. 

That's when he feels Cindy's magic behind him. A sense of her and her connection to him fills the space. The love and passion she has for him lights up the room as she seeks him out. 

The Spirit can feel Cindy's connection to Kado and their story about being the last falls apart before his eyes. The Spirit is filled with rage and lashes out violently, sending its dark magic out like a whip towards Cindy's sight magic. It roars, " You are a lier! False promises! You can not help me!" It slams its hand down into the watery spell that holds Masami and raises its other arm high above its head. "I shall feast on you two, then I shall use your souls to seek out the others!"

Kado knows it's now or never. With the Spirit aware, there is a high chance that the casting will not work and that the barriers between the darkness and the real world will be broken...and They will be allowed to enter the light. 

He shouts out the spell, raising his hands to project it at the Spirit before it can hurt Masami anymore. She was the bait and he can't let her die. 

"YOU FOOL! You go against ME?!" The Spirit laughs...until she feels his spell slam into her like a boulder. She starts to vibrate and loses her hold on the world. "NO! NO!" she screams as she digs into the soul water trying to stay in the world. She can't maintain her grip and takes one last gamble. 

She raises her hand and screams and incantation - the words old and filled with dark magic. Her hand glows, a strange symbol flaring to life before she's ripped up and away back into the Dark World with a scream. 

Masami wretches and falls backward to the floor. Her body shakes and quivers as her eyes flutter. 

Kado rushes to her and lifts her up, breaking the spell the dark witch spirit had cast on her. 

She sobs out, "Is it over. Is she gone?" 

Kado whispers, "I believe so. She tried to snare us and drag us away with her, but failed." He hugs her to him. "I need to get you to Hiroto. She can come out of hiding now. She needs to tend to you. I can feel that things poison within you still."

Weekly Recap - March 12th 2023 Week

Grazia is held for her own protection in Germany by Mette Baier of the Fantômes de Sang after Cor and Tanner get Martine back. Mette explains that Kriemhild Gilbert is working with Olivia to get her back safely. 

Kriemhild Gilbert is amazed and impressed by Olivia and her Coven. Gilbert says that she's not welcoming those who left her back into the Coven. Olivia agrees to meet with the Fantômes de Sang. 

Janice comes up with a plan to use her little online friend Patrick as a helper monkey. She just needs to get him out of prison. (( Creative crossover with https://www.instagram.com/bellasdollstory/ ))

Lizzie welcomes Cor back. In his absence, she realizes that she loves him and doesn't want him to leave her. 

Darcy and Mark enjoy being back together...even if Claire is RIGHT there in the room! :) 

Shane thanks Heather for the warning she gave them about the trip. He lets her know that between the storm that hit and burst pipes, the trip would have been.a disaster. 

Micha feels like something is coming. She's filled with a sense of pending doom and she doesn't know why. She speaks to Zampa about her feelings, scared that Morte Bianca will come. Angel assures her that she won't get anywhere near them. 

Morte Bianca and Danuta lick their wounds when they hear that the Moore Coven launched a major counterstrike against them and are now looked at as powerful and amazing witches. Giacomina has a rage fit and Danuta tries to stay out of her way. 

Micha takes a break in the sun and feels a bit better. She remembers a song her mother used to sing to her...and spies several birds circling over her as if watching. 

Janice keeps plotting and checks in on Patrick's obsession - Scarlett Bishop. 

Tanner tries to spin down after wolfing out under the full moon in France and going a bit wild.  

Undercover officer Alison lets Mark know about the photo studio closing down and the people who run it being really upset about the Ally Peters murder. She also says there are several other people she's checking on - creepy folks that might have something to hide. 

I also started working on the new Japan set for the Hiroto spinoff tale that will appear here on the blog.
