Weekly Recap - February 26th 2023 Week

Kim's magic is still working with Darcy and Mark, but is it her magic...or is their love unstoppable? 😍😍

I had some fun putting together some little food toys - MGA Miniverse. They turns out to be great. 

Lizzie sends the Anto Spell of Protection to Tanner and Cor as they search for Grazia and Martine. She realizes that she is more attached to Cor than she thought she was. 

Tanner says her goodbye to Ray. Neither are sure she'll be back. 

Angel takes over for Tanner while she's away and meets the new security lead and there are sparks between them. 

Chelsea Bruni continues her plotting and stays with one of Italy's huge witch leaders Caterina Gelli. Gelli is very happy that Chelsea has returned her son, but says she doesn't want to get involved with Moore's Witch War. Chelsea asks what happens after Giacomina fights Moore and comes back to Italy. 

Sophie and Lindsay are angry that Aly has not shown up for their photo shoot, not knowing that Aly has been kidnapped and killed by Janice. 

Heather gets a vision and tells Leo that he, Shane, Min and Claire shouldn't take the trip they have planned. Something bad will happen. Leo thanks her and talks to Shane about rescheduling the trip. 

Tanner and Cor search for Grazia and Martine in Germany, but can not find them. They plot their next steps and Tanner informs Cor that using a knife as protection from her wolf form isn't as good as staying still and being calm. 

Olivia wonders if she should call on the darker magic of The Three Mothers -Mater Suspiriorum, the Mother of Sighs. Mater Tenebrarum, the Mother of Darkness. And Mater Lachrymarum, the Mother of Tears. But, part of her knows that that dark magic will be dangerous...won't it?

Cindy uses her crystal ball and the entity within it to find the location of Grazia and Martine. Darcy asks if it's safe and Cindy makes it clear that she and the entity have an understanding. Darcy sees that Cindy is the Master there. Cindy finds out that Grazia is safe somewhere, but Maritne is in danger in Laon, France. 

The Moore Coven launches a one two punch to get Martine back. The Coven at the Estate use the estates spiritual architecture to boost several spells from the US while Cor and wolf Tanner attack on the ground in Laon. They run into...and through...Tristan Bonhomme during the rescue attempt and save Martine and her Death Jewel Box from the French witch group. 

When the group at the Moore Estate hear back from Tanner and Cor that all is well, they relax a bit and celebrate their first big win for The Path of Light.

Poe and Morgause meet in The Veil within Cindy's room - a space between worlds. Morgause tells Poe that she needs to continue training the women of The House and the Estate because the various factions of the Witch War are getting restless. She also asks Poe if she has her special weapon Pugnus Caelorum with her. Poe informs her that she does have the gun...and would love to use it. 

Janice makes friends with the new CUPPA girl (and undercover detective) Alison. 

Janice's appetite gets the better of her and she snatches model Aly as she's on her way to the studio. Poor Aly isn't seen again. ( ...but, will return as Hiroto's sister in the Hiroto spinoff story that will appear here soon! )  

Grazia wakes up in a sort of dungeon area and doesn't know how she's gotten there...or who her German speaking captors are. 

Zampa snaps Olivia out of her "poor me" state, reminding her that she's a powerful force in this world, not a victim, and it's time she started acting like it again. This gets Olivia up off her arse and she starts to organize a rescue of Martine and Grazia from Europe. 

Claire works with Severina to polish her animal communication powers and it goes very well. Claire feels more of a connection to creatures, zeroing in on how to speak to various animals in a way they will respond to. 

Cor and Tanner are given the green light to fly to Europe via Olivia's special chartered plane to find Grazia and Martine and bring them home. 

 

Weekly Recap - February 19th 2023 Week

 WOW...I've gotten really behind in the updates. Not sure anyone is reading them, but... 😜

I took James and Heather off on vacation with me and took a break from the horror to build up their romance as they took a little trip to Oregon together. James' sister Jen was also able to meet Heather - a major turning point for all of them. 

There was one bit of horror tale in the bunch where Janice was taken by The Demon and told that she had to disrupt the balance in Olivia Moore's Coven.

Weekly Recap - February 12th 2023 Week

A few people have mentioned that they are a little lost with the plot right now and I don't blame them. heh! I've added a lot of items into the WITCH WAR mix lately and, while I tried to post less frequently, I think there was still too much story to follow in a week. I'll be mixing things up in the future by adding WITCH WAR posts in with some more "day to day" or simple image posts so there isn't so much story in one week to follow. 

That being said....this week's recap! 

Tanner lets Micha know that she heard her and Grazia talking in the garden and that she was not happy about them plotting behind Olivia's back. Tanner tells her to pick a side...or else.

The woman of The House discuss the gifts Wren Sarratt has given Cindy and if they can be trusted. Cindy ays that she's going to lock some of the items away and wait to use the cauldron until Kado gets back from Japan. 

Olivia uses some "tough love" on Micha, telling her that she's no longer welcome at the Manor. Micha begs her for forgiveness and Olivia says she'll think things over. When Micha leaves, Poe appears and Olivia asks for her opinion on the matter. 

Poe says, "My most humble opinion - keep her, but have her on a short leash. And, keep Cindy and the others working with Heather. Maybe she'll be more than Micha ever was in time?"

We finally see the burnt face visage of Tristan Bonhomme. We soon find out that he's on the side of The White Death. 

Grazia is pulled out of her France vacation plans by Martine who enlists her help as backup to get her new Boîte à Bijoux de la Mort (Death Jewel Box) from Tristan. 

Many of the characters were away doing things that were not Instagram friendly on Valentine's Day :::grin::: but, we did see Mark and Darcy in a sweet exchange at CUPPA. The classic "meet cute" where they shared a laugh, then seemingly got back together to talk things out. Interestingly, we see Kim in the background seemingly focused on the interaction...and rubbing her head after Mark and Darcy leave CUPPA. 

Adriano Gelli - the boy Chelsea Bruni and her new ghostly nun friend were seen seemingly kidnapping last week, is reported found and safely returned to his family. His savior - Chelsea Bruni. The boy's mother is Caterina Gelli, the High Priestess in Italy. She requests Chelsea's presence to thank her in person for returning her son and Chelsea is very happy about it. 

Pietronella Zampa has several moments with various people in the Manor. A meeting with Micha where they talk about getting in trouble followed by a little wine and chocolate social in the kitchen. Covering Olivia with a blanket after Olivia's sad Valentine's Day thinking about her late husband and the recent news that many people are not happy with her in the witch community. And meeting with Tanner chit chatting in the sun. It seems like each interaction makes the people she speaks with a little brighter and happier. 

Severina works with Claire to refine her animal magic. She helps Claire find a better and more efficient way to communicate with animals with fantastic results. 

The Demon reveals that the Witch War will benefit her - tossing the witches into a distracting battle, then harvesting a power that will take her into a higher power plane and make her even more powerful. She wants to meet with Janice to make sure things keep escalating. 

Elke is set to meet with Kriemhild Gilbert, Lotte Schulze, and their Coven-mate Lisset. However, Elke has other plans. She works with a loyalist to weaken the defenses Kriemhild has set in place, then sends Tristan in to remove them from play. Lotte and Lisset are violently killed, but we're not sure what happened to Kriemhild. 

While Janice isn't happy about having to do The Demon's work, she is happy about the prospect of being put in as the Supreme Priestess of the Fantômes de Sang (vampire witches). 

WITCH WAR 

The Witch War is in full swing. I made this little chart to explain the sides and loyalties as it stands now. It shows who walks THE PATH OF LIGHT. who walks THE PATH OF DARKNESS, and who falls somewhere in the middle at the moment. I hope it helps a bit!

Weekly Recap - February 5th 2023 Week

Lotte Schulze and Kriemhild Gilbert speak to their minion Lisset about Elke Giacomina wanting to come and speak with them. They agree to give her an audience and ask Lisset to have several recorders running for the meeting and that they will tell Elke where to meet shortly before to avoid...surprises. 

Wren Sarratt is caught in a snare set by Olivia to capture anyone trying to use magic to bring things into the Manor. 

Heather has a strange vision involving Darcy and Mark being spiritually connected by Kim. She seeks out Cindy to help her figure out what it means. 

Zampa thinks about the words the entity in her dream talked about. 

"You....Pietronella Zampa...are a bringer of Peace. A bridge between desperate, warring factions. Bringer of love. Wielder of Death. Spirit Mother." 

Olivia asks for Cindy and Darcy's help in pushing Wren to tell them what she was planning. Darcy uses HER to make Wren talk. Wren tells Olivia and the coven that Olivia isn't trusted by many, but that she's loved and supported by Martine. 

Tanner and Angel are asked to watch Wren until her flight out and back to France the next day. They make plans to make it a night she'll never forget...no matter how hard she tries.

Cindy and Zampa prevent Wren from being injured and abused, stating that they needed to be more diplomatic to avoid further conflicts. 

Grazia escorts Wren back to France on Olivia's private charter. Darcy and Cindy insure that a sleeping potion they made for Wren to take on the flight fills her dreams with nightmare visions of werewolves. 

Tanner assures Olivia that she, Angel, and the Coven are all behind her - trusting her to guide them. At the same time, Poe tests the women of The House to make sure their choices are true. 

We discover that the new girl in town Alison Morton is actually Officer Gabrielle Abbott of the Denver PD - the point person for a combined police department investigation of the more odd and dark murders over the last year in San Ravelo  and Clairemont River Valley. He just hopes she's not going to be the next victim. 

As the week draws to a close, we see that Chelsea Bruni is living her best life with access to lots of money in various bank accounts and is free to roam after dropping a note to Angelo Vitale about Elke's last known location. While a dark nun Chelsea acquired at the church drags  a boy away screaming, she wonders if she will make it to the Moore Estate before Elke does.
